This device offers a continuous and voice-activated recording mode. Turn the unit on by pressing and holding the power button on the right-hand side of the device. Using the up and down arrows on the recorder’s left-hand side will allow you to move through the different menu options. To start a new file, go to the “recording” menu option. Click the “M” button on the recorder’s left-hand side to go into the recording menu. From this point, you will select if you would like to do the voice-activated or continuous recording.

For continuous recording, select the option that says “start voice recording” from that point, the recorder will then start a continuous file; to stop and save the file, hit the “M” button. If you would like to do voice-activated mode, you will need to go into the option that says “record settings” from there, select “avr record,” once in that menu screen, you will need to turn the avr record feature ON. You can charge the spy wristwatch and even download your files through the included USB cable. You will set up the time and date on the voice recorder through the device’s internal settings menu interface.
